  "rationale": "Nothing was given back this year. This is a draft website with no users, no revenue and no dependencies to speak of, so there is not much to be fair about yet. Recording it anyway, at zero, because the format has to work for the boring case before it can be asked of anybody else, and because a first declaration full of zeroes is exactly what most organisations' first declaration will look like. The undertaking for next year is that if the software this licence was drafted for reaches anyone, its dependency tree will be walked properly and this file will say what came of it.",
